Role in the project

My role with Panda was to help them conceptualize the product, establishing the best user flows and experiences, and then designing all of the UI they need to launch the application. For developing this, the development team uses Moodle, so we need to be careful in the limitations and restraints we had.

Research

Panda Academy have three different user personas: SchoolsAgents and Coaches & Services Providers. For everyone we do contextual research and observation this allows to track every step in the process and the connections between them. We found a good business opportunity.

Benchmark

We compare Panda to similar platforms and competitors to figure it out which features are going to be important to our users.

Moodboard

When I'm working with clients, I love to make first a moodboard to help them visualize what we want to achieve in the visual aspect. For Panda I actually sent 3 options, this one was based more in the colors of a Panda: Black & White, uses organic shapes and rounded boxes.

Wireframes

For this project the client already had all the wireframes for the platform. As we are going to use Moodle all the flows and details in the courses depends in the features Moodle had. My role was more as consultant to help him review all flows and improve the quality of the wireframes. A mandatory was to find better solutions even if this means change something in the original wireframes.
