Freeelo is a project that we start to create with me and two developers, the idea came out from a hackaton that one of my partners won. The idea was to use Blockchain to create a platorm for freelancers. Then I went to Argentina to study product management and decided to use Freeelo as final project. So it's not only the design but we also do all the start-up and financial process.
We do interviews and surveys to better understand our target, we also do a lot of market research to find these 4 user personas. Freelancing it's still kind of new in latin america and also blockchain, that's why we define this personas and how are product are going to be useful for them
We validate our business idea using a simple survey which let us understand the principal pain points in the main activity for our product.
We compare Panda to similar platforms and competitors to figure it out which features are going to be important to our users.

Expecting to achieve 1000 transactions in the first years.
My role with Panda was to help them conceptualize the product, establishing the best user flows and experiences, and then designing all of the UI they need to launch the application. For developing this, the development team uses Moodle, so we need to be careful in the limitations and restraints we had.
